Warn-Winches.com does not rent or sell your name to other companies. Please see our privacy policy for more information about your confidentiality. Comments or ideas transmitted to this site become the sole property of Warn-Winches.com and may be shared to expand or improve the functionality of the site or of our product or service offerings or for any other reason.
Pre-Orders
Please be aware that while all pre-orders will be fulfilled, date of fulfillment is subject to stock on hand. Pre-orders are on a first come, first-served basis. Warn-Winches.com cannot therefore guarantee shipping dates.
Payment and Shipping Information
Paying by Credit Card
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not add any credit card surcharges. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, Warn-Winches.com requires that this address be listed on your credit card account as an alternate address for shipping purposes only. You can contact your credit card company by calling the 1-800 number on the back of your credit card.
Shipping
Continental U.S. Shipments
If your package is lost or damaged please send us an e-mail at service@warn-winches.com or contact our Customer Service Center at 1-866-393-7637 .
If your item is damaged and was shipped freight/common carrier, you must refuse the shipment or have the driver note the damage on the bill BEFORE signing for the shipment. If you accept the shipment without this notation on the bill, you will not be able to file a damage claim, and AIE will not be responsible for the damage to your shipment or reimbursement for or replacement of the damaged product.
All damages to any shipment must be reported to AIE within 24 hours of delivery.
No replacement for damaged product will be shipped until confirmation has been provided of return shipment of the damaged piece.
At this time we are unable to ship to APO/FPO addresses.
(Please note: Unfortunately, Warn-Winches.com does not cover shipments made using your shipper identification account.)
International Shipments
We will gladly ship internationally, unless shipments are restricted by law. We will promptly send an e-mail to you to both confirm your order and provide your shipping charges. Please remember that all customs clearing, duties and taxes are not included in the freight calculation and are the responsibility of the customer. Manufacturer's limited warranties for internationally shipped products may vary or be null and void.
(NOTE: Shipments that are not retrieved from customs are not covered by our insurance.)
Shipping Details
We ship orders with FedEx, UPS, and Common Carriers. If you have an account with a specific carrier you would like to use please call customer service to arrange the shipment.
Export
To comply with certain vendor agreements and government regulations, Warn-Winches.com reserves the right to refuse to export products from the United States at any time. If you are purchasing products for export, you are responsible for the necessary export documentation before shipment is made to a foreign country. Manufacturer's warranties for exported products may vary or be null and void.
Signature
For your protection, all 2nd day and Priority shipments require a signature at the delivery point. Ground deliveries may not require a signature for delivery.
Tax Exemption
If you are a tax-exempt customer in the state where the product will be shipped, please call us at 1-866-393-7637 ext. 202 (Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST) to pre-qualify. Our representatives will be happy to walk you through the process. For your convenience, your information will be kept on file for future purchases.
Pricing
Online pricing and availability:
Prices, specifications and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction.
Internet orders generate an automatic confirmation and response e-mail. These automatic confirmations and response e-mails are subject to correction prior to shipment due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or unavailability, typographical errors, or any other reason. Our internet pages are an invitation for you to make us an offer to buy the items described; our shipment constitutes our acceptance of your offer.
All orders placed over $2,000 (US) must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance program.
We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order. We will not complete your order until we have your approval. We reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to prohibit sales to resellers, even after we have received and confirmed your order. Published prices do not include shipping, sales tax and insurance. Proof of purchase and postage may be required for rebates.

Promotional codes are not valid with any other special offers.
Warranties and Rebates
Limited Warranties
Warn-Winches.com does not warrant other manufacturers' products sold online or in our stores. The products are backed by the limited warranties of the original manufacturer or publisher only. Consult your product documentation for specific limited warranty information.
New Product Manufacturer's Warranties
All new products are sold with the manufacturer's limited warranty. The warranty period and service varies by manufacturer and product. The full text of any such warranty is available, free of charge call customer service for information.
Manufacturer Rebates
Rebate and coupon offers provided by manufacturers are subject to the terms specified by the manufacturer. These terms include the timeframe of the offer, limitations on quantities, and combination with other offers. Proof of purchase and UPC codes from the original packaging are normally required for redemption of rebates by the manufacturer or the manufacturer's agent.
Returns
Warn-Winches.com Satisfaction Promise
At Warn-Winches.com, we believe in being fair to our customers. If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from us and you return the product with the original receipt or invoice within 21 days of purchase or invoice date, you may exchange the product or receive a refund. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. Shipping of the return must be pre-paid, and the original outbound charges are non-refundable. (see Shipping section above) Items must be in new condition, with the original box, packaging, manuals, accessories, and UPC code. Warn-Winches.com will not accept the return of any item if the UPC code has been removed from the packaging.
No refunds or exchanges will be issued until returned product has been received and inspected.
Online Purchases
Most items purchased online can be returned to an Warn-Winches.com retail location. Please review your packing slip to determine return procedures for your purchases. If your packing slip is missing or is not clear on how to return, please call 1-866-393-7637 for clarification before attempting to return to a store.
Some items must be returned by mail, using the Mail-In (RMA) Return Policy listed below. All items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and must be in the original, undamaged packaging.
Refunds or credits do not include original shipping and handling charges. Actual freight charges will not be refunded for any items listed as "Free Shipping."
Shipping fees will not be refunded if shipment is refused at time of delivery. Actual outbound freight charges will be deducted from credits issued for any shipment listed as "Free Shipping."
Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will be posted to the original credit card used at the time of sale.
Clearance Products
ALL CLEARANCE PRODUCTS (INCLUDING REFURBISHED, NEW AND OPEN BOX ITEMS) PURCHASED FROM THIS WEBSITE CANNOT BE RETURNED.
Mail-In (RMA) Return Policy
For online purchases returned by mail:
Contact our Support Center at 1-866-393-7637 to obtain your Return Authorization (RMA) number and details including mailing address and procedures. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from date of issuance. We are unable to accept returns without an RMA number.
• To receive a refund or credit, your purchase must be returned with shipping and insurance pre-paid in "as new" condition, in original box and packaging, and with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Any variance from these conditions could result in delay or forfeiture of your refund.
• Shipping and insurance charges are not refunded.
• Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.
• Refunds or credits are issued after receipt and inspection of returned goods. Refunds or credits do not include original shipping and handling charges or actual shipping charges for any items purchased as "Free Shipping."
• In the event that the product is to be exchanged, no new product will be shipped until the returned product is received and inspected.
• Shipping fees will not be refunded if shipment is refused at time of delivery. Actual shipping charges will be deducted for any items marked as "Free Shipping."
All returns must be shipped prepaid, Warn-Winches.com will refund shipping charges for defective/damaged merchandise only. Warn-Winches.com will not accept the return or exchange of any item if the UPC code has been removed from the packaging. Products returned to Warn-Winches.com without proof delivery may result in forfeiture of your refund.

Clearance Products
Some new and refurbished products may come with a limited manufacturer's warranty. If a product does include a warranty, we'll tell you on the web site. All Clearance items are sold "AS IS", unless we specifically tell you in writing a product comes with a limited manufacturer's warranty. Warn-Winches.com disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of MERCHANTABILITY and FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Taxes
Hawaii consumers are responsible for excise tax.
